Thanks for taking the time to learn more about JobX Robot legal policies. Please read this section (and sub-sections) carefully before using this site.

These are the TERMS under which you may use JobX(www.jobxrobot.com), which is an online service that helps Job Providers & Seekers with a variety of services supporting and related to their job posting & searching, interest in remote and flexible jobs, and career coaching; and helps Employers or Employee with various services related to attracting, recruiting, hiring, and managing people interested in remote and other kinds of flexible works. Please read these Terms carefully. If you do not accept them, do not use JobX and its services. By using JobX' Website, you agree to be bound by these Terms. JobX may revise these Terms at any time by posting an updated version to this Web page. You should visit this page periodically to review the most current Terms. They give you and us certain rights and obligations.

Eligibility

You must be 18 years of age or older, or the age of majority as that is defined in your jurisdiction, whichever is older, to visit or use JobX in any manner. By B13 - Terms of use visiting and continuing to use JobX, you represent and warrant that you have reached the age of majority in your jurisdiction and that you have the right, authority, and capacity to agree to and abide by these Terms. You also represent and warrant to us that you will use in a manner consistent with any and all applicable laws and regulations.

JobX Restrictions

Any Employer may request membership or post jobs, however memberships to use JobX hiring and recruiting services will only be extended to those who JobX deems a good match for its platform and jobs to be posted. Job database will only be accepted if deemed a high-quality likely match for its job seekers interests.

Users may not use JobX in order to transmit, post, distribute, store, or destroy material, including without limitation, JobX content, (a) in violation of any applicable law or regulation, (b) in a manner that will infringe the copyright, trademark, trade secret, or other intellectual property rights of others or violate the privacy, publicity, or other personal rights of others, or (c) that is defamatory, obscene, threatening, abusive, or hateful.

Users are also prohibited from violating or attempting to violate the security of any JobX Site, including without limitation, the following activities: (a) accessing data not intended for such User or logging into a server or account which the User is not authorized to access; (b) attempting to probe, scan, or test the vulnerability of a system or network or to breach security or authentication measures without proper authorization; (c) attempting to interfere with service to any User, host, or network, including, without limitation, via means of submitting a virus to any JobX Site, overloading, "flooding", "spamming", "mailbombing" or "crashing"; or (d) forging any TCP/IP packet header or any part of the header information in any e-mail or newsgroup posting. Violations of system or network security may result in civil and or criminal liability. JobX will investigate occurrences which may involve such violations and may involve, and cooperate with, law enforcement authorities in prosecuting users who are involved in such violations.

Specific Prohibited Uses

  1. Use any JobXresume database for any purpose other than as an employer seeking employees or freelancers.
  2. Post or submit on JobX any incomplete, false, or inaccurate biographical or organizational information or information which is not your own.
  3. Send unsolicited mail or e-mail, make unsolicited phone calls or send unsolicited faxes regarding promotions and or advertising of products or services to a user of JobX.
  4. Delete or revise any material posted by any other person or entity.
  5. Take any action that imposes an unreasonable or disproportionately large load on any JobX Site's infrastructure or
  6. Aggregate, copy, or duplicate in any manner any of the JobX content or information available from JobX, without express written consent from JobX or
  7. Post jobs or content on any JobX Site that contain hyperlinks, "hidden" keywords, or keywords that are irrelevant to the job or are otherwise misleading. JobX does not necessarily monitor materials posted, transmitted, or communicated to or within the Site. If you believe that something on the site violates these Terms, please contact us.

Registration Information

When you register with JobX, you will be asked to create a JobX Account and provide JobX with certain information including, without limitation, a valid email address. Information you submit will be used in accordance with JobX ' Privacy Policy’.

JobX reserves the right to offer third party services and products to you based on the preferences that you identify in your registration and at any time thereafter; such offers may be made by JobX or by third parties.

You understand and acknowledge that you have no ownership rights in your JobX account and that if you cancel your JobX account, all your account information from JobX will be marked as deleted in JobX databases and will be removed from any public area of the JobX site. Information may continue to be available for some period of time because of delays in propagating such deletion through JobX web servers. In addition, third parties may retain cached copies of your information.

Communications

When you use the Website or send emails or provide other data, information or communication to us, you agree and understand that you are communicating with us through electronic records and you consent to receive communications via electronic records from us periodically and as and when required. We may communicate with you by email or by such other mode of communication, electronic or otherwise.

Limitation of Liability

IN NO EVENT JOBX BE LIABLE FOR ANY SPECIAL, INCIDENTAL, INDIRECT OR CONSEQUENTIAL DAMAGES OF ANY KIND IN CONNECTION WITH THESE TERMS OF USE, EVEN IF USER HAS BEEN INFORMED IN ADVANCE OF THE POSSIBILITY OF SUCH DAMAGES.
