Why Area Franchisees Are Required?
Franchisees are required on an area basis for efficient operation and execution of the JobX Robot activity. There are several activities which need to be performed locally, such as:

Any individual, firm, organisation or company can apply for becoming an area franchisee.

Area Franchisee will be allotted an exclusive territory to a maximum of 25 Sq Kilometres to operate Jobx Robot.

Preference will also be given to local people and persons having good public relations.

Area Franchisee will be getting up to 20% to 50 % revenue share of the business generated in the allotted territory.

Area Franchisee is required to load the business wallet in advance and the same has to be used for business, a minimum of Rs 9000/- to be loaded per square kilometre of territory allotted and there is no maximum limit.

Area Franchisee has to recruit field executives and tele marketing executives for smooth operations of the business.

Area is defined by PINCODES mentioned in the franchisee allotment letter.

The company reserves the right to appoint another franchisee by splitting the territory but will not use this option as long as the first area franchisee is meeting the set monthly targets.

Background, documents verifications must be done by area franchisee and the area franchisee will be held responsible for discrepancies found later.

The company reserves the right to terminate the area franchisee with or without notice, if the area franchisee is found indulging in any company activities.
